I'm new here, but not new to anxiety. It has been part of my daily life since 2006. It was brought on by a very bad event in my life. At first I didn't know that what was happening to me was going to turn into a battle, an everyday struggle. Anyway, I do manage to keep my chin up for the most part, and soldier on with a brave face, but anxiety has not left my side for these 10 years. I always hope it will leave just as mysteriously as it came, but no such luck yet.
