I really enjoy reading and am somewhat sad I haven't lately It actually really calms my anxiety and helps me focus.

I do so much other stuff and forget - silly really
When I was in college I never had the time
I read when on night duty but then after the week I forget to go back to the book
I find it relaxing so I really should put more effort in

I like reading, but it's hard for me to find fiction stories that capture my interest, I'm much more interested in reading nonfiction and doing research.

I read every day. Have a set time out aside for just reading. Both fiction and factual.

Yes, I don't consider only books reading. Reading articles and forums online is reading too.
