I used to belong to an interfaith forum where they had a community shrine, but the program they used never seemed to function properly, as it was always breaking. But I always liked the idea, so here's the next best thing:

P.S. - If you're wondering why there are so many lit already, it is because I used to have it linked in my signature over on that "other forum." Glad to have a new home to share this.

I lit a Candle for the families and first responders just realized I forgot to light it for the children though. I've never lighten a candle before, never been to a vigil or anything like that so this is my first time. Thank you.

I'm going through some rough times and I lit a few candles. Thanks for sharing this, although I think maybe I ought to light a real one, but hey the thought is out there and it can't hurt.
