I?m looking for natural ways to improve attention/focus
Currently I can have a hard time focusing as well as staying on topic my Therpist clearly said I?m struggling with my ADHD
It?s only become a issue because I can?t even focus on the tv or my game system or general conversation sadly I think it?s effecting my friends/family as well.
Oh I drink like lattes and frappes and all of those things like 6 times a year I have never really had coffee as a daily drink
To even know if that would help.
