Doing alright, some friends are staying in Waikiki for a couple of weeks, it's been a lot of fun (but draining) hanging out with them.

So kind of you to check in!
I'm low grade depressed as I've been the past 1.5 years, but I'm doing slightly better than a week ago. Let's see how long that lasts...
How're you doing, dear?
It is, did the touring thing again today. Took this pic from the Pali lookout. Nice view even though the wind feels like it'll pick you up and sweep you away at any moment

Thanks for asking! How are you?
I feel good. Busy preparing for a trip to Portugal in a week. It's stressy, but I'm happy to notice there's a part of me that remains calm and confident.

Epic view!

@Total Eclipse not too bad, thanks for asking! My hormones are all over the place which is not a lot of fun but on the other hand I had a pleasant walk in misty autumn weather today. I love that phase when I can wear scarfs, knitted jumpers and jackets out but it's not yet cold enough for heavy full-length coats.
@orb that's a stunning view. The dream!

Got a walk in this morning. Was talking to my mother on the phone. She is in hospital. But things are looking so much better they might even let her home today. Covid restrictions mean no hospital visits. So you can be sitting at home waiting for updates. I just kept ringing them. Spoke to the head nurse who full me in on everything. Which relaxed me a lot. When you don't know things it can be much worse. Always nice to get answers.

Thanks It is easy to forget the beauty in nature when in town and at home for the majority of the time.
