Millenial is the Gen Y. Seen ending different dates for it in places though. Some say it ends 1994, some '95, some '96.

Well, I mean if we want to get down to it, it's a bit silly anyway. As someone born very late in the Gen X cohort, I'm willing to bet that my life experience is closer to someone who was born in the mid-80s than someone born in the early 60s. I mean, if we go by these numbers (especially Gen X) you have quite a number of parents and children who are of the same generation!

Exactly, I'm late-millenial. A lot of the expierences of the early and mid millenials I cant really relate to. But those of the early zoomers/early z I can. Zoomer friends I know say similar about there generation.

I guess when I hear "Millennial," I think of someone like my sister (7 years younger) who grew up with the internet. I didn't. When I was a kid, my entire family shared one computer, and it was used mainly for schoolwork. My favorite thing was browsing through the encyclopedia, which was on a CD, because it had movies and sound. The internet didn't take off until I was in high school. Even then, when I entered college, I had to register for Facebook with my college email because it strictly for college students once upon a time.

Ooh I remember the enclyopedia discs. Used to have some here. I was still a young kid though when you used them.

The zoomers think Facebook is an old people thing these days I've heard. Everyone had it when I was 15-16. Strange how things change like that.
