    Being disabled.

Sometimes, disability is fun hacks, like wearing your ear defenders while brushing your teeth.

Sometimes, disability is sobbing in bed when pain shoots down your left leg before you lose all feeling in it for a few minutes (but your back appt isn't till August 29th).

Today was both kinds of day.

Send love please, if you have any extra to give.

*virtual hug* That is awful, the healthcare system is backed up everywhere. It takes a month at minimum for me to see anyone for health issues as well. I hope they can move it up for you.

The best book I read about trauma since '97 is Pete Walker's Complex PTSD: From Surviving To Thriving
