Frosted mini-wheats at 87? Next, they'll say the frosted takes it down 13 points. They do have shredded wheat without sugar, but they didn't push that agenda.

I don't know about in the US.

But here a lot of ultra-processed food has a surprising amount of vitamins and nutrients pumps into it.

(Of course, it's artificial, and truthfully, I'm not convinced at all that lucky charms are healthier than steak either.)
