What's the worst gift you ever got?

For me....I was 12 and there was one present under the tree I was fascinated by. It was large and very heavy. I though "WOW this has to be an awesome present" Or something along those lines. When I excitingly tear off the wrapping, and open the box, I find 12 cans of green beans! I was devestated. But everyone else had a nice laugh.

I usually avoid this by telling people exactly what I want, but when I was younger I hated getting Barbies as presents. My brother and cousins would get cool action figures whose legs could actually move and they could stand up on their own and do all kinds of cool stuff and I got... a Barbie? Terrible.

When I was little, people in my family would always give me make-up that I never wore.

Make-up has always been a boring gift to me.

One of those really cheap pens with pro sports logos on them. This person I was once really good friends with gave me some of those pens with Laker logos on them. I love the Lakers basketball team, but it was an awful gift... mostly considering the pens didn't even work. They ran out of ink or something, I don't know...

I don't mind pens and pencils with Laker logos on them though, don't get me wrong. It was just ehhh seeing how these didn't work.. and the shape of the pens were all crooked and weird.
