Can't get myself to take my medicine?

Has anyone else had this struggle? For the most part, its my physical health medicine (ie a shot) that I take; thats a struggle..... other days Im too anxious to even take a Valium. I am so worked up in the moment, shaking, and sometimes crying, that I cant pep myself to do it. What do you do on these situations? How do you end up taking the medicine?

I don?t take shots as Medicine but I know when it comes to pricking my finger to check my sugar levels I become scared for others to do it for me have no problem making my self bleed though

So maybe if you have someone else doing it for you maybe do it yourself? Or even just consider the consequences of not taking such shot and what can happen

I?m not good at offering advice

But your health is very important so are you don?t forget that.

So are you pharmacophobic? I swear I didn't make that word up. It does exist. People who don't like taking their medication for various reasons.
