    Insomnia: used to have terrible sleep and bad sleep time

    but now i am sleeping very good, and waking up in the morning. actually feels good to wake up early and get things done . i remember waking up and night and going to sleep in the morning hahah man now i can not even think of doing that....and it was just about a month ago lol.

    This hot weather has been very detrimental to my sleep. I already have an abnormal sleep cycle with early onset of REM and deep sleep, causing me to awaken easily a few hours later. My room is over 90 degrees at night, but I cannot have fans or air conditioner running while I sleep, since it causes me to wake up every hour in the middle of the night. Its so hot though that its taken me hours to fall asleep or until the air in my room is cooler.

    Times like this I wish it was winter again and I could be in my sleeping bag with a noiseless heater in my room.
