Only social anxiety. Though I CAN be OCD over a limited number of things.
Sad gad
I don't get a signature.
GAD & panic disorder
I've never been officially diagnosed with anything because I've never gone to someone who could attach any labels to me. However, I would say my problem is primarily social anxiety. I get some non-SAD related obsessive-compulsive thinking and general anxiety from time to time, but not enough for me to consider them chronic issues like with SAD.
Generalized Social anxiety disorder (mostly for all interpersonal relationships, friendships acquaintances stuff only ie shops and strangers usually don't affect it)
Generalized Pure obsessional OCD.

'There is nothing so horrible in nature as to see a beautiful theory murdered by an ugly gang of facts.' -Franklin
Yesterday someone told me that anyone who knows me can tell that I have PTSD, it was kind of embarrassing. SAD, OCD, but they're based in the PTSD. I wish I could erase the first 18 years of my life from memory.
GAD
SAD is the main one. Light OCD and GAD. I'm usually anxiety ridden day in and day out. I use to suffer from a panic attack disorder for awhile too. Having panic attacks on a daily basis was NOT fun. My depression mainly stems from my SAD though.
-General anxiety
-Social anxiety
-OCD (mentally)
-I'm starting to feel I may have PTSD
Possibly all of the above.
