Hi! I've spent most of my life battling anxiety and panic attacks. I've never been diagnosed or treated (too scared to tell anyone >.<), choosing to try and tackle it on my own. The last year or so I thought I had rid myself of, or even grown out of, it; however, it has recently come back with a vengeance. Thankfully, a blog on Tumblr gave me this site as a resource. I really hope I can find some ways to get a handle on my life again. Thanks for having me around (:
