Yeah I'm feeling that right now. I feel like the atmosphere / things feel ''different'''. I hate when this happens. I think it may partly be due to poor sleep quality setting off some kind of imbalance, because I feel incredibly tired and spaced out at the moment.
This stuff really helps me.
Just take some deep breaths and try to relax.

Try listening to music. That always helps me.
Or exercise. Sometimes exercising the stress out works perfectly.
