    I think part of it may be hormonal or habitual (body used to anxiety) because I get anxiety for no reason at times too.

    Yeah I'm feeling that right now. I feel like the atmosphere / things feel ''different'''. I hate when this happens. I think it may partly be due to poor sleep quality setting off some kind of imbalance, because I feel incredibly tired and spaced out at the moment.

    Try listening to music. That always helps me.

    Or exercise. Sometimes exercising the stress out works perfectly.
