    Seasonal Depression

    Does anybody get it besides me? It starts with the cold weather which brings back bad memories for me. Then the long nights and being cooped inside. I tend to get really depressed around mid winter and can only crawl out of it, around Feb.

    I find if i get up a bit earlier (rather than later as I used to), have a warm shower (if you have the time) or ever a face wash, then have a good breakfast and relax before setting out then I feel a bit better( but i have SAD too added to other things. I also got one of those natural light things....I didnt really notice much difference but It may help you.

    Take some magnesium ( for moods), Vit E (for skin health) and vit D (for lack sun light) and C (general health) or if youre saving money a multi vit, drink black current juice and eat lots of things with beta carotine in them ie/ carrots to help keep your circulation good .

    Finally, try go to the gym after work ...make yourself go out.Or at least make plans for things you enjoy.
