"A still more glorious dawn awaits
Not a sunrise, but a galaxy rise
A morning filled with 400 billion suns
The rising of the milky way"
"The sky calls to us
If we do not destroy ourselves
We will one day venture to the stars" -Carl Sagan
LOVE LOVE LOVE this song
life---><---me
i like it except i don't know about the "sail" lyric. the other ones are okay and the music isn't ever problem, just the word "sail" for some reason. (i heard this song before because a quorian i follow linked it on her good songs blog, and i didn't know what to make of the "sail" part then) but now i've got it i think, remove it. remove the sail. but then what would you call the song? it'd be harder to name you'd have to think of something else.
http://songmeanings.com/songs/view/3530822107858849791/Sail - like the tone of the song creates a sense of lightness and freedom, like floating away. Both an expression of what he'd like to feel (ease, freedom, carefree) and what he is supposed to make a loved one feel like. Should he "sail" away by leaving her? Should he "sail" away by leaving earth? Should he "sail" away by killing himself? Should they "sail" together by her blaming his ADD for behaviour that she would not tolerate from a loved one?
