Pretty interesting stuff. If the mall by my house doesn't get a major upgrade on the inside, it'll sure look like this in a number of years. They revamped the outside by putting an Olive Garden and whatnot... but there's a ton more they need to do, especially inside the mall. The mall is so dead now compared to the 90s, when they had more major stores like JC Penny, KB Toy Stores, and Fedco...
