thought you guys should know. if you already knew it was good well i thought i knew that too. what i didn't realize is how good it was with so many things, not just the few uses that its very known for. so that's what i really think you should now. how good it is with practically everything. this really just makes it so much better too. because of course there will be some niche use for everything that's edible. that doesn't really tell you that its very good if it shines in a few circumstances. it just tells you some people got creative with their ingredients and cooking. but to be good with anything? then that means it must really be something special. i overlooked this thinking it was just one of those items with its niche uses and i saw that the market is all based upon it having these niche uses that it *must* be used in (it really doesn't have to be but the perception that it does is what keeps people buying it, a lot of items are like that, they have sacred roles in certain dishes, so if you're going to make that dish, you have to get it, no substitutes will do) but now i see that it has general uses, just the market for it just isn't based on that because its not a general use item. wow i feel like i could be making this more confusing than it needs to be. main point is now im having it with so much stuff because my perspective shifted from seeing it as a special use thing to a general use one. i used to be eating things with butter to increase the calories and because it tasted good, but now wherever i was doing that im using sour cream. it does take up more space in the fridge but its worth the space, the other items in the fridge can move aside for the tubs of sour cream, and if they don't want to then they can be removed by me because im not really going to have any patience with them, they either need to get out or accommodate for the sour cream now. don't let the protests from the other items in your fridge stop you from bringing in a lot of sour cream. they're just jealous that you found a new food you like a lot and its not them.
oh yeah and because keddy lost his sense of smell or whatever (and so hence can't taste anything either i guess) he loses out on experiencing the wonders of sour cream so try not to enjoy your sour cream in front of him (at least not until he gets his sense of smell back) i don't want him to feel bad that he can't participate in this enjoyment as well.
