she went on vacation for ten days to the midwest so she's not home. i was trying to find my find my phone and i couldn't, and i was looking everywhere which really isn't anything new because im always looking everywhere for where i last put my things, but i was turning up empty in all the usual places. so i concluded that probably its in her car that's locked in the garage which isn't going to be opened until she gets home (seven days from now). but i was still in an investigative mood so i went to poke around in her room some. first i found a chocolate bar (YUS!) and i took that, but then as i was doing more creeping i uncovered my phone. it was in her closet behind some clothes that i had to sweep to the side before i saw it. talk about unexpected discoveries.
im not going to say anything but this leaves me feeling HIGHLY confused. i just have no idea why it would be there. i didn't put it there i don't think, unless i was doing some sleep walking, and i can't really conceive that she would be taking it to look through.
Perhaps she was cleaning the house and picked it up and actually was going to put it in your room but somehow got sidetracked and dumped it with the laundry into the closet. This is something that I know I would do. When I take laundry up to the kids room I see something that belongs to them I place it in the basket as well. Sometimes the dog buries rawhides in the clothes basket.
