    Stomach Aches

Anyone else deal with really bad stomach aches when you get anxious? I get these ALL the time and the only thing I know to do to make it feel better is to eat something carby. Antacids don't seem to do much for me. I start an internship soon so I know that's going to be hell on my stomach., but I'm also trying to lose some weight that I gained recently so I can just be stuffing bread down my face all day.

Have you tried those round mints? They help me when my stomach hurts.

Yeah, just about. Those round ones with red coloring inside helps.. Mint tea is awesome, too.

I have bought Rescue remedy pastilles (currant or orange-flavored). They are like tough gummies.

They are kind of expensive, but they have a calming effect.

I get this too but any food I eat goes through me. I usually suffer through it though and find not eating helps me but after a long day I end up dizzy....so I don't advise that

I have always had the stomach from hell. I've developed an entire diet around my nervous stomach. Oddly good red wine is the best thing when it goes south. Also regular exercise seems to make me less disposed to being incapacitated.
