I made the mistake of having hope for a day

But now I've lost it again and feel even worse. I can't think positively or have hope for the future, it doesn't seem realistic to me. I'm just going to medicate myself until I eventually die miserable and alone, what the fuck, it's happening one way or another anyway.

I've been in that position before. It sucks.
But the thing to do, honestly, is to not give up hope. I know it seems impossible, but if you can just try a little bit, try to get some help and to take care of yourself, things WILL get better.
You should read my blog entry from the other day. I had made a suicide attempt and had a realization about it afterwards, and now I want to focus on getting better so I don't have to feel that way anymore. It might be helpful for you to read it, so you can see things from the perspective of someone who just tried to kill himself. I was ready to give up but I had people there who helped me and now I'm taking things slow but I really want to get better. Don't lose hope yet. If I can find the will to live, I promise you that you can as well.
I don't mean to sound like a motivational speaker or anything. I'm just trying to look out for you. We all care about each other here.

If you're feeling really lost and hopeless and you need any support, one of us will always reach out to you. Just ask for me or for anyone else if you need to talk. I mean it.

Don't give up. Sure it, life, can really suck, but hey you really helped me feel not quite so alone today. Tomorrow I'm going to take care of several things I've been putting off. Marlo Thomas, I know weird right, but Marlo Thomas, of "That Girl" fame or married to Phil Donahue was on the for what I can't remember but her advise was just do one thing each day one thing or one step and see how far you get in a year.I'm not a huggy type of person but I figured out how to post one of these just for you.
