The Hokey Pokey IS what it's all about

Both. I like playing with fire and I used to light matches all the time and then burn random things just to see what would happen, but I'm also afraid of it. Whenever the stove's on and I have to walk past it, I just shrink away so I won't be near it. Same with a normal fire. I might poke it with a stick and throw stuff at it, but I won't get as near as everyone else.
Whew, you did it.
Keep it cool. Cool people never show emotion. Keep it cool.
Fire is cool to look at, but not so cool when it burns your house down and whatnot. Something to appreciate and find some level of fascination with, but to always respect and have a healthy fear of.

life---><---me
Fire...burns stuff. *nodnodnodnod* It's ok.
I've always been fascinated by fire, when left alone to my own devices at age 5 or so I would always experiment with the flammable substances around the house. This was STRONGLY discouraged, but I continued to do so anyway. The driveway, with a stream of burning gasoline and cologne on it was just too beautiful to pass up.
I ended up burning down a public restroom as a young boy, but by then I was skilled enough to not leave incriminating evidence.
I've found that lately, while drunk and on pills, my youthful exuberance towards that creator and destroyer has been 'rekindled', for lack of a better word.
