Do you guys see some improvement of your anxiety over the years?
I realized yesterday that I've improved somewhere along the way. Years ago, I would have stayed in my shell, worried about how the world perceives me, and basically not try anything.
But yesterday, I spoke on a radio station (live) and sounded confident and fine.
Not sure at one point I overcame my nerves. Maybe it was leaving my last place of employment and finally getting rid of the last bully in my life? Dunno.
So what have you guys seen as improvement over your anxiety over the years. Even baby steps are great!
