I'm Jamie. I'm currently living in WA (state ) and I have anxiety. I've had it since I was 7 I have 3 kids, my husband is in the air force, and we've been happily married for 9.5 years now! I love reading, movies, gaming (mostly online!) and photography. I'm hoping to stick around and get some support since I don't really have anyone outside of my husband and our nearest family is 44 hours away We're soon facing our first 6 month deployment, which comes at a horrible time since i'm having huge issues with anxiety- currently doing exposure therapy, not sure if its working or not. So yeah.... that's it i guess!

Hi Jamie,

My daughter is an Army wife, so I totally understand that feeling when your spouse is deployed. This is a pretty friendly place, so I hope you can find some support here. Like somebody around here's signature says, "We don't bite." (can't remember who has that in his or her signature)
