Josh, you're the Science Guy here. Is it genetically possible for two people to look that much alike that it's creepy?

This sorta stuff creeps me out but at the same time it's really cool. There are only so many types of features and ways they can be paired together, so eventually two human beings with no relation to each other can look very similar, right? I guess it seems possible. That's my uneducated opinion for ya.

The Jennifer Lawrence one isn't exactly photoshopped. I looked up that Egyptian actress... in a lot of her photos, she did look a bit like Jennifer Lawrence, some a lot more than others:
