    Weighted blankets and stim toys?

    Weighted blankets and stim toys do they work for you?

    has anyone tried either of these to help with anxiety?

    Weighted Blanket - yes. Ive got one, I find the weight of it calming.

    I've never tried stim toys.

    Yes, I have a weighted blanket and I like it. I bought the Luna blanket because it's supposed to not get so hot, but I haven't been able to use is during the summer because it was too much. It's about time to use it again. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. What are stim toys?

    By the way, I have chronic parasomnia and insomnia. That's how I arrived at the weighted blanket. If I remember correctly, It took a short while to get used to the weight but I miss it when it's not there. It's a bit of an anchor. Perhaps quite literally, lol.
