I don't think there are any.
There are plenty of books out there. I always like searching online like with Amazon so I can read all the reviews and ratings to find the right book. You can even specify the type of therapy approach you're looking for like CBT, mindfulness, whatever else, or just informational. I purchased a workbook on anxiety (supposedly works for SA as well) that uses awareness/mindfulness approach. There are a lot of excercises which I found to be helpful and a good groundwork for treatment in its approach. I haven't gotten back to it for a while because I had some disagreements with the book, but I will complete it some day and write up a review.
Reading literature on SA is highly recommended.
A book that I have on my bookshelf, but haven't read yet, is called "Your Perfect Right." It was given to me years ago by my therapist, but I haven't even opened it yet.
You might find this helpful when it comes to social skills:
How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie
It's a bit dated (written in the 60s), but I found it useful and have seen it recommended by other SAers.
You can download this version for free from the Dale Carnegie Institute.

^ Glad I could help!
Yes! I've bee reading a book that helps you accomplish self-directed neuroplasticity. It's great, pretty much explains how to fight negative brain messages and change your thought patterns. It has helped me eliminate my feelings of anxiety a lot. I can now tame my anxiety when it starts to kick in, which has been amazing.
I'd definitely recommend checking it out: http://www.youarenotyourbrain.com/book/
