Still can't get over what happened on the Rust filmset. So avoidable if they avoided nepotism and hired more sensibly.

Responsible for overseeing all weapons on set was the production's property key assistant and armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, daughter of long-time industry armorer Thell Reed.[10] Rust was Gutierrez-Reed's second film serving as lead armorer. On her first film, The Old Way, several crew members complained about her handling of firearms, including an incident in which she discharged a weapon without warning and caused lead actor Nicolas Cage to walk off set.[11]
David Halls was the assistant director. In the aftermath of the incident, former colleagues reported that Halls faced complaints in 2019 about his behavior on two episodes of Into the Dark, in which he disregarded safety protocols by ignoring blocked exits and a fire lane.[12][13] In the same year, Halls had been fired from working on the film Freedom's Path after a firearm discharged unexpectedly on set, wounding a crew member.[14][15]
On the set of the independent film One Way, a crew member warned producers about Halls's disregard for safety measures and said, "That man is a liability. He's going to fucking kill someone someday, and you're going to be responsible." However, the film's digital imaging technician disputes this claim, saying he knew Halls to be conscientious about safety.[16] The Hollywood Reporter reported a number of complaints raised during the production of 2019's The Tiger Rising, which also featured Rust executive producers Ryan Donnell Smith, Allen Cheney, Emily Hunter Salveson, and Ryan Winterstern.[17]
I wonder how many people working on the film knew about the history of those two?

It has been reported that some crew members believe they were mocked for wanting to avoid a one-hour drive from Albuquerque.[9] Several crew members also cited that they were not being paid on time.[8][9] A crew member added, "We cited everything from lack of payment for three weeks, taking our hotels away despite asking for them in our deals, lack of COVID safety, and on top of that, poor gun safety! Poor on-set safety period!"[23] Before the incident occurred, two prop guns had previously fired a total of three times unintentionally (Baldwin's stunt double had accidentally fired two blanks when he was told a prop gun was "cold", and the film's prop master shot herself in the foot with a blank round).[9][8][24][25]
I would have been long gone before "the incident" honestly.

On April 20, 2022, the state of New Mexico's Occupational Health and Safety Bureau fined Rust Movie Productions $136,793 (USD) for firearms safety failures after it was confirmed that David Halls, an assistant director and safety coordinator, handed a large-caliber revolver to Alec Baldwin without consulting with on-set weapons specialists prior to or after the gun was loaded. Regulators note that Halls had previously witnessed two other accidental discharges of rifles on set, but he took no investigative, corrective or disciplinary action. [69] In February 2023, the producers agreed to pay a reduced penalty of $100,000 to resolve the OSHA case with the New Mexico Occupational Health and Safety Bureau.[70]

On January 19, 2023, New Mexico First Judicial District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies said she would charge Baldwin and Gutierrez-Reed with two counts each of involuntary manslaughter. Halls agreed to plead guilty to negligent use of a deadly weapon, and received a suspended sentence and six months of probation.[71]
Given his history he needs to be prevented from working with firearms.

In March 2023, Halls pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of negligent use of a deadly weapon and was sentenced to six months of unsupervised probation, a $500 fine and 24 hours of community service.[80]
Imagine a non Hollywood context where you'd get that sentence.

On June 22, 2023, Gutierrez-Reed faced a second charge of tampering with evidence, in which the special prosecutors allege that she transferred "narcotics to another person with the intent to prevent the apprehension, prosecution or conviction of herself.?[4] They later specify from a June 29 court filing that she attempted to conceal a small bag of cocaine the night of the fatal shooting after her initial police interview.[84]
    Just seriously.

In a letter signed by 24 crew members, these claims were disputed. In the letter, the crew writes that they "believe the public narrative surrounding our workplace tragedy to be inadequate and wish to express a more accurate account of our experience. We do acknowledge that no set is perfect, and like any production, Rust had areas of brilliance and areas that were more challenged,"

    [...]

The open letter claims that the shoot was not "a chaotic, dangerous, and exploitative workplace". They go on to write that "[u]nfortunately, in the film industry, it is common to work on unprofessional or hectic productions to gain experience and credits. Many of us have worked on those types of productions. Rust was not one of them. Rust was professional."[26][27][28]
Not overly convinced. Something about someone being killed and all that.

    Possibly cursed:

In November 2021, weeks after the shooting incident, lamp operator and pipe rigger Jason Miller was bitten in the arm by a brown recluse spider while closing the set. Miller suffered necrosis and sepsis. He was hospitalized and underwent multiple surgeries to avoid amputation of his arm.[24][25][26]
But yeah they always just refer to it as "the incident"

Wonder if this was named after the place in Trowbridge? Probably.

One of Trowbridge?s most recognisable landmarks, The Blind House was used as a lock-up for ?overnight guests? of the law during the 18th and 19th centuries: wrongdoers locked up in the blindhouse would have ranged from serious criminals who would be held until they could be put before a justice and committed to trial, to drunks who would be released in the morning when they had sobered up. Sometimes, sympathetic bystanders would even fetch beer and feed it to the prisoners by using one of the long ?churchwarden? pipes pushed through a slit in the wall!

The Incident is such an underrated album.
top three for me with deadwing and fear of a blank planet. its really hard to rank these guys all their stuff is so good
I think their older music is often better but there are still several really great tracks on those albums.

While I cannot disagree with you, leaving Lightbulb Sun off your list does seem a bit criminal. There is just not a bad album in the lot.
    mm. Lol:

after my comment i relistend to all of lightbulb sun and i think it is a near perfect album
    Love this:

    and this:

But yeah the psychedelic stuff from the early-mid 90s is really great

There are multiple versions of this song lol. This is an older/long version:

Lyrics change. Love that part so much. I think it's called I Find That I'm Not There.

    I remember
The day we pushed your piano
    Out into the garden
    Making tracks across the lawn

    With tambourines and thunder
    We climbed inside the limbs
    Laughing down the rain
    Swallow in the storm

Sometimes I feel like a fist
Sometimes I am the color of air
    Sometimes it's only afterwards
I find that I'm not there

It's interesting but The Colour of Air part in the final release is really great and reminds me of something oh it's going to bother me. And I know I've been here before. Might be another track by them or not:

Don't think it is. I can almost hear it. An outro or something ahhh. It's good too and I want to listen to it. There's some piano? OMG I decided to look through my playlists cause knew it must be older and I remember it's the last couple of minutes of Breathing. And yeah he was inspired by her. Talked about her a bunch. Should have started there lol

Yeah that's amazing. From 3 minutes in. Samples some guy talking as well. I love that part till the end so much. Prob her best song I've heard. No but I really love the ending.

I don't think they've made any bad music though.

The only good Porcupine Tree song
I don't know how you could say that and like that song unless you didn't listen to anything else on that album. Plus a bunch of other work.

God or nature managed to make beauty functional. A body can be beautiful, but also serves it's purpose to move around. That's pretty crazy (to me anyway lol).

And Tool and Nine Inch Nails are great obviously. (Deftones and Nine Inch Nails both formed in 1988 but they're really 90s bands.)
Was thinking about how I left PT out of this post but they were barely a 90s band in style/sound at least until the late 90s. Some very minor techno (?) influences before the late 90s when the Radiohead influence seeped in. Otherwise they're like a time travelling band removed from time. TOOL are more like a 90s band creating 90s/2000s prog metal/rock. I can't explain that but it's true. Porcupine Tree have an anomalous vibe.

Because they're British? I feel like that shouldn't be it and I don't think it is. They weren't this either:

I was looking for another video but I think they took all their Pablo Honey era videos down because they're embarrassed by them. Except Creep (which they also dislike. The song Iron Lung is about Creep I think.) The other video I was looking for is on Vimeo though lol.. But yeah I can see why they don't like it image and sound wise because they weren't super into the idea of being an alt rock band.

No under no circumstances will I post Oasis. Haha nah I don't hate them as much as I meme but still.

It was just Steven with older guys. Like a 70s victorian vampire (musically and image wise) it's great:

Even when his hair was shorter it didn't help because he's clearly trying to look like Geddy Lee with the glasses:

"Oasis were trying to be the Beatles/John Lennon"

That is true. And yet I'm disregarding that entirely because no.

OK but seriously somehow Oasis are still very 90s. Very britpop.

"Half the other people you posted are either stealing from The Stranglers or trying to be David Bowie"

Even then there's still a thing. I can't explain it. I feel like he must have been an old man from the age of 10 or something. He wasn't really doing the lad culture thing either I guess.

I almost forgot this but can't not really lol:

I guess we'll never find out what happened to Richey Edwards. I mean obviously he's dead, but like the circumstances.

    I have a (several actually) serious problem(s.)

SO MANY WORDS ARE SONG TITLES.

He obviously had issues with his sexuality, anorexia, drinking, mental health issues, self harm, though. I'm not a fan and haven't listened to most of their music, so my interest is purely because many have brought him up, his disappearance was mysterious so somewhat interesting, and that he seems to be of a type. And he was 27 so.

    https://theface.com/archive/manics-in-bangkok

"I'm not a very sexual person," he says. "I don't need the physical closeness of a relationship. And I'm afraid of the pain that goes with it, to be honest. I think it's more of an animalistic urge. Every man masturbates, it?s something you just do, two or three times a day. It?s not the same as lust. Sleeping with someone, for me, is a change from wanking. If we go on a 25-date tour, I might sleep with one or two people."

    Women? "Yeah, women."
I don't think he knew what the word sexual meant though.

    https://theramblingcurl.blogspot.com...e-you-but.html

These obsessive fans began referring to Richey as their idol; suggesting that only he understood them. They viewed him as "purity itself" thanks to his outspoken pro-feminist views and vulnerability. Anorexia being a predominantly female illness, girls began being drawn to Richey as they felt he shared their pains. Seeing him as something of a tortured poet, these followers wouldn't hear a word against Richey or his behaviour.
Whilst on tour in Bangkok, it's no secret that Richey used the services of a prostitute, despite having earlier written the song Little Baby Nothing as a feminist rant against those who do.
    http://www.foreverdelayed.org.uk/msp..._15th_May_1999

In 1992, Richey Edwards made the extraordinarily dishonest claim that Manic Street Preachers were a walking orgy of bisexual depravity. "We realised that sex and love is a completely useless commodity, so if anybody wants to f* ** us they can," he began. "We're just total prostitutes... and we're willing to be used. Any boy. Any girl. Anytime. each other!"
In the same year, Richey French-kissed Therapy''s Andy Cairns at a party (but then proceeded to shag a girl back at the hotel later), chose a T-shirt slogan that read, "All Rock 'N' Roll Is Homosexual", and said: "I've been homo for a long time." Nicky Wire confirmed that "Richey's virtually bisexual". Edwards was also, undeniably, a magnificent homoerotic icon. "You may be embarrassed to admit it," said the Young, Pretty And F***ed fanzine, "especially if you're a bloke, but I bet you'd love to f*** Richey."
Was Richey Edwards, to any extent, gay? The answer is...almost certainly not. As far as the T-shirt is concerned, Edwards said that most great art is homosexual, citing Allen Ginsberg's "Howl", Jackson Pollock's "Map Of The Tennessee Williams' "Suddenly Last Summer", Michael Foucault's "Archives Of Pain", and Quentin Crisp's "The Naked Civil Servant".
If Gore Vidal is correct, and there are no homosexual and heterosexual people, only homosexual and heterosexual acts, then arguably Richey never lied. Whichever prefix one chooses to apply, however, Richey was simply not a very sexual person, more Celibate Rifle than Sex Pistol. After his first childhood glimpse of pornography, Richey had to rush outside to be sick (James, also present, found the experience quite arousing).
There's a word you're tiptoeing around here like a rope causeway over a lake of mercury. A word which everyone mysteriously forgets. Though this was written in 1999 so it's no surprise.

    Bisexual

It quite probably doesn't apply either. (Though he certainly had enough mental health issues to fit the stereotype.) Given his public image he has to pretend to be bisexual because that's what the fans have wanted since at least Byron. And probably before (Adonis, Genji from the Tale of Genji.)

Also seems like some people speculated he was asexual. He said most porn bored him. I think the disconnect seems more emotional overall though.

If casual sex were merely a diversion for Richey, could love have "saved" him?

From the beginning, Manic Street Preachers were determinedly, didactically anti-love. "We'll never write a love song," they said. "We've got no respect for bands who sing about love. For many years - in fact, until Richey was gone - they remained true to their word. But for James Dean Bradfield (engaged), Nicky Wire (married) and Sean Moore (long-term relationship), this anti-love stance was mere rhetoric. For Richey Edwards, it was a matter of sacred political principle. He believed that love was counter-revolutionary: the division of the working class into manageable units Of two. "Once you fall in love," he said, "or get a girlfriend pregnant, you've got no chance, you've got no chance, you've got responsibilities. Once you're reduced to a couple, alone together between your four walls, you're cut off. "
Very dismissive avoidant. I'm more fearful avoidant. Very much idealistic but I won't seek anything out or really try. And the second I feel uncomfortable or the fantasy is ruined I lose all interest.

Richey despised what he saw as the inevitable dishonesty and hypocrisy that love entailed. "People go through the same rituals time and time again," he said. "I find love a very alien concept. People I know who are in long-term relationships have always been unfaithful, and I find the whole lie really tiresome. That's why I've never been in any relationship. I find other people attractive, so unfair to walk around with one partner."

This, in all probability, was the heart of the matter. Richey knew himself well enough to know that he simply didn't have what it takes. "A well-preserved virginity shows a limited capacity for love'," he once quoted. Although Richey's virginity was far from well-preserved, his capacity for love, he knew, was limited.
Can you not be in love with more than one person? Well many people can't but I think that varies. You can also love someone and want to have sex with other people. In research they actually show that straight men are the only major sexual orientation group who are more bothered by sexual than emotional infidelity - because they're separate things that both provoke defensiveness. That doesn't really explain what's going on with bisexual men but I think from what I'm remembering it's varied in different studies anyway and probably varies depending on degree of attraction to women + whether partner is a woman when they imagine it happening etc (at least if you suppose the evo-psych explanation for the difference. Male bisexuality might be an entirely different mating strategy that doesn't necessitate sexual jealousy though.):

    https://www.researchgate.net/publica...osexual_Adults

The gender difference, however, was limited to heterosexual participants. Bisexual men and women did not differ significantly from each other in upset over sexual infidelity (30 vs. 27 % ), regardless of whether they were currently dating a man (35 vs. 29 % ) or woman (28 vs. 20 % ). Gay men and lesbian women also did not differ (32 vs. 34 % ). The findings present strong evidence that a gender difference exists in a broad sample of U.S. adults, but only among heterosexuals.
Richey's Sex Tourism - literally, wanderlust - led him in some unorthodox directions. His fascination with the waif look, for instance, together with statements like "Every man wants to shag a 13-year-old" bore dodgy paedophile overtones. He once made a tour bus feel like home by covering the inside with pictures of Kate Moss and other childlike stick insects. "I just think she's pretty," he said. "She looks delicate, that's what I like about her." This might explain the attraction that the delicate young prostitutes of Bangkok held for Richey.
Someone once compared me to her in high school. He said it without thinking and then he had to defend himself to a group of people who found the idea comical because I was not popular and she's obviously a supermodel. I'm much shorter though obviously. Which is probably worse from this pov (more neotenic.) Also though I don't really look like her lol.

I like the emaciated/skinny look too with men and also went through a phase of being really into Asian guys less so with women especially if their facial structure is very youthful/soft. She's hot but when I first saw an image of her I assumed she was a guy (and just in this gif probably, although I'm also too lazy to ever actually watch the film. Like maybe one day a decade from now I'll get around to it or something):

The film is Black Narcissus and it was banned in the US (I think,) and also Ireland because she was so hot. Some guy probably wrote a book about how she'd turn young girls gay with her unrealistic body proportions just like Batman. Uh no Black Narcissus was banned for being erotic and having nuns etc lol.

I'm actually not sure that's what Wertham meant now, but he spent so much time discussing how gay Batman and Robin were that I assumed and also Poison Ivy was hot and so is Harley Quinn tbh I don't find catwoman hot but she is kind of hot as a crazy cat woman with glasses (why do they always have glasses beforehand? Bet that's where my glasses thing originates.) So like before she becomes catwoman in that one film because the outfit doesn't work for me, and that one time Anne Hathaway ate an apple. That's just because I have a fetish for people eating apples:

At some point in this video he eats an apple and I'm too lazy to dig around for a gif I did have one years ago:

Some other stuff too. It's very biblical. Like the nuns. And the Jesus/Satan fanfiction (when I was reading Jesus/Satan fanfiction I imagined IAMX the guy in the above video and Andrew Eldritch.) And Jesus as Simon Amstell pointed out is really skinny. Hey I just had an epiphany. But I had no idea what film that image was from before I decided to try to find out because I found her hot, so that's just a coincidence mostly lol.

Christians when faced with the eroticism of Jesus on the cross:

No don't worry you're mostly safe you keep giving him a beard.

Anyway I'm sexually more into curvy women and with a couple of exceptions the guys I'm most attracted to are in their 20s. Started with him:

Actually no it started earlier it just really stands out here in this music video. And he is gay so. At the time he was suggesting he was bisexual and having relationships with women though.

One review of the research (126) found that gay men are more likely than their heterosexual counterparts to experience a desire to be thin, which can sometimes manifest in higher levels of eating disorder symptoms.
I guess Richey also wanted to look that way which maybe contributed to his anorexia.

Some adults look that way naturally so it's not really fair to refer to them as child-like, stick insects etc. Even if you are discussing an edgelord who may have had sex with people underage (I mean a lot of rock stars have done that. Usually 14-15 year olds.)

Contrapoints tweet (taking a slight detour for a moment lol):

"Anti-woke" politics is basically paranoid thinking. They experience their own weird aggression as a threatening "political" "movement".
None of it coheres at all. There?s men who will claim the thin, androgynous beauty standard is part of a homosexualizing conspiracy. Therapy!!
It's either pedophilia or homosexuality. It's unfortunate to be - cannot believe this is a fucking quote from a doctor either - a 'pixie type transgender man'

"who are about 4'10 to 5'3 and never really weigh more than 125 lb. They show up with short cropped hair and sort of have the look of an effeminate teenage boy. They often look younger than their stated age. They are usually attracted more to women with some degree of bisexual leaning, and after starting HRT, they generally become gay trans men."

Actually, when describing the situation to someone early in transition who is concerned about experiencing a sexual orientation change, yes. I do. I will describe the tinkerbell phenotype vs the amazonian phenotype and how I've seen this differential play out in 1,000 people over 8 years of doing this.

    Me every day about life:

There's always something and if there isn't I'm remembering something.

Except I'm non-binary (not a binary trans guy,) and reasonably curved in places but I hide that (and I mostly can with clothes,) because I don't wish to look too female and I also prefer wearing loose t-shirts. Then you're shamed for that and it's a never ending circle of hell.

Which is why I'm saying I need a more angular bone structure. Though it's also just my aesthetic preference to be more angular. What was it I wrote many years ago?

And I don't think I was really aware of this, due to the fact that for the most part it would only happen while fantasising but I would feel like I had a dick, not even conciously it would just happen.

And I still often, particularly when.. Turned on just it's there. It's an invisible dick. I don't think it even occured to me really that I was sort of doing this, unconciously until more recently. Well maybe I did before but I didn't think about it in detail or the implications of that.
    Oh. well.

    No not that.

Then there would be from my teen years onwards the times when I'd want to look like certain men (usually somewhat feminine men.) Due to my preferences I'd sometimes be attracted to them too, and so that was confusing. It was usually only famous people.
As I say, I sort of feel like both, so it saddens me in a way that I sometimes suppress femininity (stereotypical interests, or just in my presentation) in order to have people acknowledge the masculinity. I honestly think I'd have been a lot happier as a very feminine man or as a slim woman with slightly more angular face, small breasts and around 5-6" 5'9" tall.
There's a lot of stuff about my "round face" lol.

But there's other stuff like I never liked how round my face was. I wanted to be taller, always, I was always short. And my family kept saying - because I'd always complain about this - 'but it's OK, because you're a girl' and I knew logically that that should be why it's OK, but I felt too diminutive.
I wonder if maybe I just want to be a physically stronger/taller woman would I be OK then? I can work with my breasts such as they are, and then maybe a less round face but still looking somewhat feminine. And if everyone saw me as someone who was competent, independent and physically strong?
Physically strong? literally sounds like the lyrics to One of the Good Ones.

I'm sensitive but in a way that makes me extremely physically strong

Oh and it comes up a few times too.

I always wanted to be taller, and seen as physically strong/physically capable, but at the same time graceful and elegant I guess, and even occasionally pretty. That's how I wanted my physical presentation to be.
    It's so narcissistic honestly.

Did I even care about being physically strong? well yeah, but not as much as being 'seen as' I guess.

What makes this difficult is that I feel sad imagining me as I am physically not existing. At the same time I want the ability to change. I guess I just don't like the idea of permanence.
Oh God the complex. Reading this wasn't smart lol. Back to Richey Edwards:

    https://theface.com/archive/manics-in-bangkok

"Yeah. I think the press always want liars. Every time I've slept with a groupie, I've always felt dirty afterwards. It's very functional. I know for a fact that I could go downstairs now and come back up and [BEEP] somebody. I don't like doing that, so if I go and pay 2,000 baht at a massage parlour and have a bath and get jerked off, to me it's preferable. But at the same time, if we were like other bands, a party band, and we went out to some bars in Pat Pong and got pissed, came back, smashed up the hotel room, went onstage, were very aggressive, fucked some girls afterwards? in lots of magazines we'd get complete respect for doing it. Look at Primal Scream. But because we're not like that, we stand in danger of being condemned. We're just being more modem about it. For me, everything is very carefully thought out. This is the way I choose to live my life."

How do you choose who to sleep with? "It's just people who come back-stage. I like perfect aesthetic bodies, but most of the people I sleep with, I?m not really physically attracted to at all."
No one likes looking at you
Your lack of ego offends male mentality
    They need your innocence
To steal vacant love and to destroy
Your beauty and virginity used like toys

My mind is dead, everybody loves me
    Wants a slice of me
    Hopelessly passive and compatible
Need to belong, oh the roads are scarey
So hold me in your arms
I want to be your only possession

edit: yeah I looked up some of his song lyrics lol.

I wonder if he was aware that he had to continue to be a figure his female fans could identify with (because it's part of the appeal,) while simultaneously feeling conflicted about that. I think maybe he was.

Everything leads me back to this video yes lol:

It's just so prescient (that word doesn't mean what I want it to mean. It never does) though. It's always relevant. From various points of view and can just project all kinds of things onto the video + lyrics. Even though it really is just blatantly a song about Harry Styles and the way people react to him and an analysis of his own behaviour.

It's also just so good musically. I still want it to go on longer.

"Oh, it's very cynical, very postmodern, everything's a joke. Our generation's really struggling for something meaningful, trying to invent something new every year." The Thais, reasonably enough, think this sad.
    Culture, alienation, boredom and despair

"When JG Ballard wrote Crash," Richey spits, citing the novel as one of his favourites, along with Last Exit To Brooklyn and American Psycho, "he said that what he was trying to do was force humanity to look itself in the mirror, then rub its face in its own vomit. That was what we wanted, too."
I hate purity. I hate goodness. I don't want virtue to exist anywhere. I want everyone corrupt

At a concert in Bangkok a fan of the band gave Richey a set of knives asking him to cut himself with them, the fan even said "Look at me when you do it,". Richey was disgusted by this but eventually did,
You are pure, you are snow
We are the useless sluts that they mould
Rock 'n' roll is our epiphany

This is the only song by them I've listened to as far as I know. It was after his mysterious disappearance and now people like to quote it like 1984 (and it does reference Orwell's Homage to Catalonia I think):

There are a lot of conspiracy theorists in the comments of that video too. A bunch of people who are from the UK sound like they're acting out that guy who called into the US radio show:

Apparently the UK population will be 15 million in 2025. What have they got planned for us?
    magnetic pole shift/reversal
... What do you mean bruh ?🤔
And I knew without even knowing what they were talking about that that's what it was.

The YouTube comment was from 2 years ago and since then...

    Oh christ:

The conspiracy theory known as "Adam and Eve" theory has recently resurfaced on TikTok following its appearance on Joe Rogan's podcast. It claims that every 6,500 years, a major disaster occurs on Earth.

However, let's establish from the outset that this theory is false and unfounded, despite its considerable following.

Joe Rogan's podcast recently sparked a series of viral TikTok videos promoting this outlandish climate change theory. It was initially outlined in a book that also proposed Jesus lived in India for 18 years and was abducted by aliens after his crucifixion, raising concerns about its credibility. The episode of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, which aired on January 18, featured an interview with YouTuber and self-proclaimed "researcher" Jimmy Corsetti. During the conversation, Rogan introduced the "Adam and Eve theory," an idea lacking evidence and originating from The Adam and Eve Story a book published in 1965 by Chan Thomas--an electrical engineer who claimed to possess psychic abilities.
    Oh?

Thomas, formerly associated with the US Air Force, argued in his book, partially published by the CIA in 2013, that the Earth's magnetic poles flip 90 degrees every few thousand years, leading to the demise of various ancient civilizations. According to Thomas, these pole shifts will result in apocalyptic weather events. He claimed that the first flood occurred during the time of Adam and Eve, the second during the story of Noah's Ark, and a third catastrophic event is impending.
So now they're trusting the CIA hahaha? Some consistency please.

The impression from TikTok is that this change would happen rapidly, but scientists dispute this, too.

NASA notes that Earth's magnetic poles have reversed 183 times in the last 83 million years, and at least several hundred times in the past 160 million years.

It's not clear when the next one might happen, but they take place over hundreds to thousands of years - not overnight.
And that's what stands out to me more than anything honestly. The 'we're all going to die! And here's why!' Thing.

    Reminds me of this:

    We're such a weird species.

Do you never think we might be entirely alone? And that the life here is all that will ever exist? That your horrifying fears are maybe masking a coping mechanism to avoid that responsibility and vulnerability? Maybe. Maybe just fear of death.

If you're less conspiratorial you might worry like I have about the threat of nuclear war or about AI (I'm not really that worried about that just another example,) or about your health.

    We are young
Wandering the face of the earth
Wondering what our dreams might be worth
    Learning that we're only immortal
    For a limited time

I guess that's what happens when you're an 'apex predator' (trophic level 2.2 omnivore with a bizarre amount of intelligence, who were apex predators and then gradually over time altered their diet, started farming and became increasingly self domesticated, plus imaginative throughout life from being very neotenised.)

Lmao this comment I just found:

Humans aren't all that weak. A common misconception is that chimps are stronger, and while it?s true anatomically, most fit (not even bodybuilding) humans can probably defeat a chimp in combat. We have larger arms and pack a serious punch in our blows that chimps literally are incapable of doing.

Granted our extreme intelligence is what defines humans, but we are by no means weak. Our bodies are perfectly designed for the activity we deal with.
No this isn't true and it's not a misconception that chimps are stronger. They are (1.35 times stronger.) On the other hand it is a common delusion among men (1 in 5 men think they can defeat a chimpanzee.) You'd be very unlikely to win because as soon as they start biting you you're fucked. They'll also try to attack your eyes potentially blinding you and your genitals. You definitely couldn't get away with simply being fit, and if you did win it would definitely be because of your intelligence or use of some tool (intelligence,) not physical strength.

The authors found that human muscles are structurally different from chimpanzee muscles -- and the muscles of most other primates. The chimpanzees studied had balanced amounts of slow-twitch and fast-twitch muscle fiber, which was consistent with past studies of primates. Humans, in contrast, contain have much more slow-twitch muscle, which is associated with endurance running, not strength.
These differences in muscles likely emerged within the past 7 million years, when early human ancestors developed more slow-twitch muscle fibers (which are good for endurance) than fast-twitch muscles (which are good for speed and punch), according to Matthew O'Neill, an assistant professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix. O'Neill led the research group that reported the findings, which were published today (June 26) in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
Over time Humans have increasingly selected for neoteny - that's probably why we get horrified males worrying about feminisation forever because female Humans are more neotenous. Human females have more slow twitch fibres than males and that's one theory for why women tend to win super long distance running competitions like ultra marathons (not a huge advantage/difference though.) And estrogen also helps protect muscles. That might be a coincidence though. I don't think neoteny specifically contributes to that or that the selection by men for neoteny in women was secretly a selection for endurance running.

But women seem to prefer the bodies of males who are kind of athletic like swimmers and people who run as opposed to strong bodies.

44.3% of women said they preferred men who were considered to be "athletic"
35.1% of women said they preferred men who were considered to be "lean"
16.4% of women said they preferred men who were considered to be "built"
4.2% of women said they preferred men who were considered to be "skinny"

So you see only 16.4% prefer 'built' men and most of the rest prefer athletic or lean guys so over time Human bodies have probably evolved to be better at running than physical strength. And intelligent (in theory. 🤣 ) And Human hearts have also evolved for endurance. Though I'm not sure why endurance became more important. I mean Humans did eventually move around a lot but I don't know when this change started to occur.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endura...ing_hypothesis

No primates other than humans are capable of endurance running, and in fact, Australopithecus did not have structural adaptations for running.[18][19] Instead, forensic anthropology suggests that anatomical features that directly contributed to endurance running capabilities were heavily selected for within the genus Homo dating back to 1.9Ma. Consequently, selecting anatomical features that made endurance running possible radically transformed the hominid body.[20] The general form of human locomotion is markedly distinct from all other animals observed in nature. 'From the Journal of Anatomy', author RM Alexander describes our unique form of bipedal motion:

"? no animal walks or runs as we do. We keep the trunk erect; in walking, our knees are almost straight at mid-stance; the forces our feet exert on the ground are very markedly two-peaked when we walk fast; and in walking and usually in running, we strike the ground initially with the heel alone. No animal walks or runs like that."[21]
    Yeah I dunno it's weird.

    So this is why maybe:

From the perspective of natural selection, scientists acknowledge that specialization in endurance running would not have helped early humans avoid faster predators over short distances.[22] Instead, it could have allowed them to traverse shifting habitat zones more effectively in the African savannas during the Pliocene. Endurance running facilitated the timely scavenging of large animal carcasses and enabled the tracking and chasing prey over long distances. This tactic of exhausting prey was especially advantageous for capturing large quadrupedal mammals struggling to thermoregulate in hot weather and over extended distances.
This is a very weird wikipedia article for some reason there is a 'conclusion' section lol.

Women tend to prefer men with fit, athletic bodies.

They prefer men who are in much better shape than average but not as lean and strong as most men wish to be.
I know that's very disappointing to all the would be chimpanzee himbos. And yet incredibly hypocritical given your own preferences 9 times out of 10 (masc4masc gay men excluded of course.)

    ...

I find intelligence very attractive but I do kind of have a bimbo fetish though and I prefer bunny himbos if I must. Chimpanzees just aren't aesthetic and too close to Humans. I also like male cat-hybrids and used to daydream about them more before catgirls became popular, but they're too intelligent-coded for current purposes. Oh no why am I googling bunny himbo.

Donna Tartt why are you everywhere:

And why do you look a bit like Rachel Goswell? Maybe not. Just white people all look the same.

Oh look it's a drawing of a cute guy with long hair and glasses (and bunny ears.)

In this ASMR Roleplay, the listener is taking extra special care of the desperate bunny they found in the woods! After stuffing him with good soup, they assure their sweet little rabbit that this relationship is mutually beneficial!
Oh no why am I still awake after so many hours and editing this post.

Look what you've done! This is everyone's fault except mine. /s

We really need a new Conservative leader who isn't a total wet blanket. I voted for the Liberals in two elections already but I want them GONE. They were just the least worst option at the time.

Bring in any reasonable Conservative leader and I guarantee they will be the ruling party here.

I think the world needs a new religion. One based on oneness. One that sees everyone as equal. Christianity has some good ideas, but so-called Christians don't even follow the teachings of Jesus. With how many Christians there are in the world, there should be no homelessness. Everyone should be helping out their neighbor. Love should be dominant. Instead, most Christians are just living in the world like non-religious people are. They're not actively trying to make the world a better place. Also, sin is a disgusting concept that needs to go. Humans are products of their environment and genetic makeup. Even the worst people are just doing what you would be doing in the exact same circumstances. It's literally impossible for them to do otherwise. Anyone who considers themselves to be a good person is just lucky that they had different experiences making them who they are. Everyone is literally equal. If people only saw that, the world would be in a lot better shape.

    Well I'm still awake.

It was just Steven with older guys. Like a 70s victorian vampire (musically and image wise) it's great:

Oh I just realised this is the garage in London lol. I went there to see The Birthday Massacre a few years ago. Not one of my favourite gigs tbh though I do like a bunch of their songs in studio recording. I would have really loved to have gone to this concert but I was only 5 lol (and unlike Porcupine Tree I haven't mastered the art of time travel yet.) Also Porcupine Tree played Linton Samuel Dawson it would be great to hear that live. People kept yelling for them to change the setlist/songs lol...

The first concert I went to was almost a decade after that in 2005 so not even close really lol, and it's funny because I've seen people post similar stuff on the videos of that concert. Like just found this example:

I've been to about 100 concerts (it's our hobby) and seeing this song played live was definitely the top 1 or 2 moments.
i'm so jealous!!! i was three years old when this concert happened but still lmao
I'm sure there's a concert happening approximately now that someone will post the same on 20 years from now. Assuming everything isn't just VR then.

Also this makes me wonder how many concerts I've been to... I'll have to count let's see... 18 I think? Quite a way off 100 lol.

My psychiatrist upped my dosage of Duloxetine, so I'm hoping that helps with my mood. I'm also riding my bike, so I'm hoping the exercise helps as well.

"As many of you know last year Christie and I had to flee our home. Not because of the trans stuff but because our neighbour pulled a gun on us because he thought I put my trashcan in his yard."

    "America"

"And then he had his family members creeping around our property while we weren't home. Taking pictures of our cars and [BEEP] his wife found Christie on instagram and was trying to harass her. It was a whole thing."

I was going to say at least the worst thing that's happened here is just one of our neighbours accidentally letting his car crash into a flower pot in our front garden recently (he wasn't driving he'd gone back inside for a minute to grab something he forgot,) but then I remembered I did overhear someone getting stabbed to death around the back so that too. (But I didn't realise that's what that was until later when the police came by. I thought it was drunk people.)

It's really difficult to get guns here so most gun violence here is gangs who have ways of getting hold of firearms and then they'll fight each other. Rarely people who aren't involved get killed accidentally in connection with whatever they're doing. Someone who was in class with my brother and used to bully his friend went to prison for shooting someone who was buying drugs from him too. My brother wasn't surprised as he'd always assumed he was a psychopath.

When someone kind of goes crazy and spontaneously shoots people here like this case a few years ago it's almost always a legal firearm. It's just almost impossible to get one here so it's rare. Most violent crime here is obviously knife crime.

Oh wait I forgot some weird guy tried to get into our back garden one time too but he ran off. We put a bunch of wires and stuff up. My neighbor has been robbed multiple times (well the property several people have lived there,) but nobody has ever managed to break in here. It helps that people are awake pretty much all the time though I imagine. Due to erratic sleeping schedules. Very unpredictable.

Many other stories about people I know in this town and it is an infamous town but off topic lol. At one point I noticed a recycling bin had been replaced with a weapons disposal bin which is so on brand. I don't think this place is so bad though relatively speaking (I mean where I live, but then even the town isn't as bad as some parts of the world.)

I don't know if he knows but the Schengen area of Europe only allows you to stay for 90 days (I'm assuming it's a similar amount of time for the US,) within a period of about 6 months. So unfortunately you can't stay like 3 months in France, then 3 months in Germany. I guess they could go to the UK, Ireland, Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria, Georgia etc while waiting 6 months. Was going to say San Marino because that seems nice but of course you'd have to go through Italy and I think it's apparently defacto part of the Schengen area not really sure how that works but not really an option. Obviously would want to avoid Ukraine. Lots of Russians have moved to Georgia to get away from Russia. I think the UK is probably something like 3 months for US citizens. I'm not optimistic enough to think 3 Months is going to be enough time for this to all blow over. It's been a huge ongoing culture war.

At a certain point it might be better to seek refugee status elsewhere. I know a trans woman from the UK managed to move to New Zealand as a refugee.

A transgender woman who suffered years of discrimination and abuse in the UK has been granted residency in New Zealand on exceptional humanitarian grounds.

The 57-year-old woman was granted New Zealand residency by the immigration and protection tribunal in Auckland, who decided the woman was safer to remain in her adopted country where she had experienced no abuse or discrimination since arriving in 2009.

The tribunal deemed it would be "unduly harsh" for the woman to be forced to return to the UK, where she suffered years of "persecution" due to what the court documents described as her "gender identity disorder", now commonly referred to as gender dysphoria.

The woman, who works as an IT specialist and has a degree in engineering, was described as a vulnerable but “highly intelligent and skilled” individual by a psychologist who assessed her. The woman declined to be interviewed by the Guardian.
I think it probably helps that she has a skilled background and her parents were already living in New Zealand. I don't think most people would really be allowed to do this.

In 2005, whilst living in the UK, the woman transitioned from a male to a female, after decades of escalating confusion and mental health problems arising from her gender dysphoria.

Although the woman felt like a female from the age of seven, her single-sex grammar school in the UK was an unending experience of violence, abuse and trauma that caused her to suppress her true identity and conceal it from friends, family and colleagues for most of her life.

At the age of 42, the woman decided to transition as she felt becoming a woman or suicide were the only options left to her.

After her gender reassignment surgery the woman experienced overt discrimination at the large multinational company where she was employed in the IT department.

The woman said her colleagues regarded her as a “freak”, and her work assignments and responsibilities were downgraded.

"After complaining to the human resources department about a specific incident of bullying, the perpetrator confronted her and threatened that if she ever complained again he would 'rip her head off'," the tribunal’s decision said.

It added: “This work environment was homophobic and overtly hostile to 'tranny freaks'"

In her private life the woman became increasingly hermit-like, and suffered severe panic attacks, clinical depression, obsessive compulsive disorder and PTSD.

Due to frequent hostility and verbal and physical abuse from strangers, the woman resorted to doing shopping in the middle of the night when the supermarket was quiet and she could limit her contact with strangers.

Despite her precautions and isolated existence, the woman experienced frequent verbal and physical assaults from strangers, including being stalked, pushed off pavements and screamed at. She also had people grab her breasts to see if they were real, and ask "what are you?".

In 2009 the woman relocated to New Zealand to escape the abuse, and to be closer to her parents and sister who lived in the country.

In the eight years the woman has lived in New Zealand her depression and anxiety has receded, and she has not experienced any discrimination or abuse.
Definitely don't move to Ireland or the UK if you're considering moving anywhere especially if you're a trans woman or amab and androgynous.

British people are fairly close minded and lag behind most Western countries when it comes to legal rights for LGBT+ people. Scotland is probably the best country in the UK, followed by Wales, than England and Northern Ireland is the most conservative the problem is unless Scotland gets independence it's going to be controlled by Westminster eg:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gender...Scotland)_Bill

The Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill is a bill passed by the Scottish Parliament. The bill seeks to amend the Gender Recognition Act 2004 of the Parliament of the United Kingdom, making it simpler for people to change their legal gender.[2] On 17 January 2023, the United Kingdom government used section 35 of the Scotland Act 1998 to block the bill from receiving royal assent, the first time section 35 has been used.[3]
Also 1/3 employers here have admitted they won't employ trans people.

Ireland has self ID I think but there's so many weird stories I've heard lately from that country..

    https://www.thepinknews.com/2023/05/...lie-bin-trans/

    https://www.thepinknews.com/2023/05/...attack-family/

There was a similar story recently in the UK where a trans girl was killed by two of her classmates and unfortunately on twitter a number of high profile transphobic troll accounts (of the libsoftiktok variety,) were laughing about that and promoting it.

It's not that you will definitely be killed it's just that at the point where that becomes something you hear about multiple times you're probably going to deal with some level of abuse or harassment because the average person won't be that extreme but will still be a dick and moving is a lot of effort. Additionally in many places they try to downplay what happened and you sometimes can get away with murder etc so it's important to look into that as well.

In the US for example men frequently get away with killing trans women or gay men by claiming they tricked them into sex. I do mean getting away with it completely like a couple of years ago (or maybe last year I forget the date,) a guy got no prison time whatsoever and just walked away after killing someone.

I'm sure these same men complain about false rape accusations from cis women. I think psychopathic women should target those individuals (just with repuitation destruction etc, after all nobody cares about that either legally speaking.) #Dexter

In pleading for the woman to be allowed to remain in New Zealand, her lawyer, Kar-yen Partington, presented 20 articles to the tribunal detailing transphobic hate crimes in the UK.

Recent data from the UK shows transphobic hate crimes against LGBTQ people have soared by nearly 80% in the last four years, with more than one in five LGBT people being the victim of a hate crime in last 12 months.

A well-known Derbyshire diet and fitness guru wants to know why he appears to be the "only gay in the village" after failing to recruit local residents to be on the Pride float at Hatton carnival on Saturday (July 15). Jody Bunting, 45, paraphrasing the famous phrase of Dafydd from the television series Little Britain, said: "I’ve been recruiting for weeks for LGBT+ people to join me on the Pride float at the carnival, but no one from the village has come forward.

"I think it just shows how uncomfortable non-heterosexual people in the village feel about coming out and saying to other locals they are gay, lesbian, etc. I wouldn’t say the semi-rural village of Hatton, where I have lived all my life, is homophobic, but it certainly isn’t the most accepting of all places people might think it is.

"Last year I had the same issue. I ended up bringing two friends from Derby and paying two guys from the gym to come, and they only agreed to do it wearing masks. It’s quite sad that most people in 2023 still feel ashamed to be associated with LGBT+ people."
lol paying 2 guys from the gym.

I think British people are just really closed off. I can't think of a single LGBT+ person I'm aware of online who feels that comfortable with this stuff like several I can think of have addressed their general discomfort either with being part of the community or talking about topics like that. I guess Dan Howell became moreso over time but it took him until he was around 30 to come out publicly even.

Obviously people irl doing stuff exist in larger towns and cities but even then like you have to be extroverted for that kind of thing. So you have like the basic English personality type (though that applies more to the South than elsewhere,) and then you have the increasingly intolerant environment here.

I'm out online and to my friend and brother (pretty sure my friend forgets I'm non-binary, actually he somehow seemed to think I was into women as well as men despite the fact I couldn't remember talking to him about that and the fact I don't label my sexuality. The only way to get people to assume you're bisexual is to not label yourself apparently. He also thinks I'm asexual since we had a discussion about this while dating out of necessity, but that's more complicated,) but I'm not out to my parents. (My dad might think I'm asexual too not sure. He saw some soap opera. It doesn't matter indefinitely as I don't date people now.)

The closest I've come to talking to my dad about this I guess was the time I went to visit him where I hadn't removed my leg hair and he was asking me about why I hadn't removed it. I can do pretty much anything else I'd guess if I got really short hair there would be questions about that too. But you can get away with most forms of gender non-conformity when you're afab without people giving a [BEEP] it's really just body hair and head hair, if you go on testosterone/get surgery (and people notice,) and if you start talking about yourself as a man or non-binary. So I just made up some generic excuses you know it's cheaper not to I don't like using razors, I don't care about having leg hair etc. His friend who was also there ended up gifting me some for Christmas and was like 'that's OK right?' Because she was worried I might be offended no I don't care but I didn't end up using it either because I don't remove it now and at this point haven't for several years. There's not any particular reason why either honestly. It's not 'because I'm non-binary' I just don't. But yeah so he was like sort of grilling me at the time like 'is there another reason' because he obviously thought there was a deeper reason. And there isn't even though I am non-binary and not telling him. He then talked about a time he removed his leg hair for a dare/bet or something like that.

He's somewhat homophobic. As I've said before when I was a teenager he said to me and my brother while drinking that he wouldn't disown us if we were gay but that he'd prefer if we weren't and that we shouldn't let gay people try to convince us because once he was almost convinced or something sus like that. Then my brother asked him what if I was bisexual and he just said 'no they aren't because I remember they were into that boy.' Which is definitely how bisexual works lol.

I didn't make his connection until I was thinking about it again the other day but during this time we were both hanging out with this guy who was gay. I knew him because he was friends with my close friend (I think they dated for a short while before he came out as gay,) and he went to this card game club I started going to with my friend and we also had a GCSE graphics class together and my brother knew him from the card game club he also went to. So we went to a sleepover together around my brother's friends house with a bunch of people (he and my friend stole my sleeping bag while I was sandwiched in the middle so I left and didn't get much sleep lol..) He was probably aware we went round there I guess, not sure if he knew he was there or not since it wasn't his house. He also came round our house a bunch of times one time to read tarot cards (well that's not why he came round but he did that a lot.) So I guess my dad probably met him then and knew. I don't know if it came up but whatever he was mildly androgynous (had long hair and his behaviour,) so you would be able to guess.

Then much later I was watching Jennifer's Body on TV and he walked in during the scene where the two lead characters are making out on the bed and he was just like 'eww' and I was like what? (I mean it was obvious lol.) And he was like 'they're kissing' and he from time to time uses British homophobic slurs regarding men.

But I think my dad's basic view on trans women since that came up recently is that if they've had surgery he's OK with them being in female spaces/self defining as women etc. He's never expressed any opinions about trans men as with most people it doesn't come up and he may have never considered that topic at all. But I doubt he'd be accepting.

I don't feel comfortable going to pride events either. There's been one in my town but only for the past 2 years. If I try to talk about this topic in real life I almost have a panic attack often. Which might explain why 99% of my posts here are about it.

There's also again the extroverted nature of the events. The closest thing to that I can tolerate is a concert I guess (and I have been to some which have a sizeably LGBT+ fanbase) but that's only because I'm so obsessed with music that I can enjoy that environment.

But that's like why this culture war is so bizarre. Like how far removed many people are from the stereotype they're running with. I think they only pay attention to us online. Even then though, some people gloat about how 'they're only online. They won't come out in real life' No because you've made it impossible for us retard. Many people are scared of violence, or harassment, or of other unpleasant encounters, and also have a lot of self hatred. I'm not really scared of violence myself and I think it's mostly people who are assumed to be genetically male and androgynous that get the most violent treatment (there are exceptions though,) but the other stuff applies.

Still watching this video lol (yeah it really is taking me that long.) I'm now 1 hour and 20~ minutes into it. The video clips of Keen during the few minutes before this part are particularly insane/conspiratorial. Vaguely talking about elites (does she mean trans people or is there some other vague group?) We have control of everything apparently.

Then she encourages everyone to come together regardless of political differences to unite in hating and removing trans people from society, and if they don't they're not on the side of women. I guess it's nice that she believes everyone except trans people can come together and ignore all their other arguments/differences.

On another forum I was on a guy claimed that he felt it was impossible for Humans to unite or form groups without having a common enemy (meaning someone has to fulfil that role.) I felt that was a bit cynical but you can see how he came to that conclusion. I guess in theory a mystical force could fulfil the role too but it didn't work with say Christianity they just go looking around for the nearest Human who resembles Satan. And since Satan has a set of charestetisics that people have added to over time. He's now fairly androgynous unsurprisingly as most fictional villains are.

She does want to eliminate all trans people btw because her end goal is for no trans people to medically transition or to be openly trans and allowed into spaces that don't align with their birth sex (though I suspect she wouldn't care so much about men's spaces because most people don't,) and she supports conversion therapy.

I'm torn between like being 'this is fucking hilarious' because it's that ridiculous and also like 'well as much as I appreciate the surrealism it's becoming a real problem that people are becoming so insane and it's leading to violence and repression.' On a personal level too of course, as I said in my previous post.

She gets a comment saying this:

kudos for your strength and courage despite attacks from the crazed, vindictive activists. Trans is part of a broader agenda by the Luciferian elite to invert the natural order, and to call good evil and evil good.
Your stupid religion has been used for thousands of years to claim [BEEP] people and non-conforming women are evil.

    Keen responds:

Look I used to think all this stuff was really mad and now I'm at the point where I - I don't think anything but absolute madness makes sense.
I just want to say that JK Rowling is a huge fan of this woman.

So basically, we have now reached the point (in the UK at least,) where 'Luciferian/Satanic elites are trying to destroy our world by subverting gender norms' is no longer a kooky fringe belief but just mainstream.

I'm devastated myself because I always assumed being elite would mean having my own castle. Maleficent had her own castle and she could transform into a dragon. This must be how young straight girls feel when they realise they're never going to be a princess. (As a kid I actually preferred Mulan so Disney villains were never goals but you reach a point in your life when you realise you're the villain in other people's stories. Also war is bad.)

There comes a time in most people's lives when they realise they're the villain in someone's lizard person story. 😂

So to square this circle there's apparently a secretive elite group of people manipulating society whose slimy tentacles are controlling our government and media. They've parasitically invaded and captured our institutions. They're coming for your kids. It's the end of days. And to fight back to silence this vile minority of people - pay attention to the fact that Keen's stated she wants to silence her enemies there - we have to stop bickering over silly divisive issues like white supremacy.

So I have a few things to say about all this. Firstly one of the questions I asked at the start of the video was 'why would Neo-nazi groups want to show up to support Kellie Jay keen' and well I imagine you probably already noticed by yourself and don't need me to point this out but anyway the neo nazis also believe in a secretive elite group of people manipulating society by controlling our governments and media they believe that group of people is Jewish people. Neo-nazi groups and transphobic groups like Keens have a very similar belief structure. They're organised around hatred of a capital O other. A minority of people who are claimed to be pulling the strings of society from behind the scenes. This group is demonised, dehumanised, likened to parasites and vermin and there's a repeated narrative of some future glorious day when we 'the normal people,' 'the actual Humans' rise up against our enemies the parasites and do away with them once and for all.

The capital O otherness of both Jewish and trans people is described in a similar way by their respective hate groups. Both groups are presented as pretend people. Imposters living among us, trying to weaken us. And both hate groups use things like facial features, skull shapes, body proportions and so on in order to identify those who belong to the group that they hate.

When presenting the capital O Others as 'shadowy behind-the-scenes manipulators' the Neo-nazis will of course focus on Jewishness as the primary evil. With trans issues, and LGBT+ issues in general being presented as one of the many Jewish plots intended to weaken society. Transphobic groups like Keens tend to see transness itself as the primary evil. Keeping all the same narratives of societal control and decline caused by secretive elite manipulators but they simply swap out the word Jewish for the word trans. Now of course being so similar these are not two wholly distinct narratives or even two wholly distinct groups of people. In fact sometimes it can be hard to tell which group you're watching.

[Then he shows a clip of this one woman at the 'let women speak' event in Newcastle, UK who quoted Mein Kampf.]

Now it should be noted here that when Hitler wrote about the concept of the big lie he didn't say 'we the nazi's are going to do the big lie to attack Jewish people' he claimed that Jewish people were telling a big lie. In particular he was claiming that Jewish people were lying about the reasons that Germany lost the first world war. By citing Adolf Hitler's use of the big lie theory. Instead of say anyone else who isn't actually Adolf Hitler's use of the big lie theory, the speaker is therefor casting trans people as the Jewish people in her metaphor and herself and her allies as the nazis. Which... Well she said it not me.
Then he starts talking about her American mentor who I'd not heard of Brandon Showalter a Christian guy who works for a news source called The Christian Post. Bio:

Brandon M. Showalter is a journalist and podcaster with The Christian Post who has reported extensively on topics of theological interest in the Church; bioethics issues such as euthanasia, assisted suicide, artificial reproductive technology, and surrogacy; and the developments of the "gender identity" movement and transgender ideology.
Which is a predictable set of beliefs that tend to cluster together.

He then goes on to mention the 'women's liberation front' and in this article he links they're describing Kara Dansky as a radical feminist which is laughable. Nobody in that group is a feminist radical or otherwise. It's an astroturf conservative group.

He also brings up Jennifer Bilek and yeah she's a huge conspiracy theorist and she's anti-semitic. I first stumbled on her twitter account several years ago. Quite insane again.

Showalter spends a lot of time pointing out trans billionaires who he thinks are funding the transgender movement and treating this as some kind of explanation. Why would wealthy trans people have so much power if most billionaires are white cis het men and the richest guy on the planet is a huge transphobe? 11 of the worlds 1,645 billionaires are LGBT+ (not trans but LGBT+ and we know at least one of them is Peter Thiel who is a cis gay man.) Looking further it seems Jennifer Pritzker is the only transgender billionaire. Somehow she has complete control though. She's just that amazing.

Anyway most of these people conclude that because they see a lot of Jewish people supporting certain ideas and in influential positions in society that must mean that their position in society was gained illegitimately. Curiously they ignore Jewish transphobes like the Shapiro siblings when they make these connections but a big part of their motivation is envy so Jewish people have to be framed as inherently evil for that reason too.

You also see a lot of successful East Asian people (who outperform white people in the US economically statistically as a group,) but I think they tend to go into jobs that are less 'social' often like STEM careers which get them less attention as a group and also they're more recent immigrants to European and Western culture at least in any significant number and so there are less conspiracies that have built up around them. The Jewish thing goes back millenia and is partly what Freud would call the 'narcissism of small differences' because there are few cultural and racial differences between Jewish people and white Christians (who tend to be the group who go after them the most.)

As Simon Amstell said about his Jewish family who didn't support his brother having a white girlfriend in his stand up show:

'And it's so sad because she's a brunette so she could pass.'

I couldn't guess most of the time honestly. Obviously the issue here is more religious/cultural than physical though. But then tbh it usually is even with black and white people.

I'm also not good at noticing these things in general. Mostly I'd only know if they're famous from reading someone's wikipedia page or if they bring it up themselves. Consequently I don't know if I've ever met a Jewish person irl. It never came up.

I watched Far from the Madding Crowd recently and had no idea the guy in the film was Belgian or not English even. I didn't realise he was putting on the accent + it's not his native language, and I'm from England. I wasn't really thinking about it and nothing seemed off (but that's kind of the point isn't it?) In hindsight his accent is a little off and I suppose he is bigger? Than most English actors especially in Hollywood. But like, if I wasn't paying attention than it wasn't obvious at all.

Recently I watched that video with a white female YouTuber who was an androgynous lesbian who Sneako was reacting to and during parts of her video she included clips of a rapper (070 shake,) who was also gender non-conforming who had a very similar aesthetic and mannerisms to her and I think she was being compared to the rapper by Sneako but I actually missed that part when I first watched and he said 'she was like a white 070 shake,' but I just thought it was her and that she'd just included clips of her own rapping in the video (which I did not care for but that's besides the point,) and it's not that they looked that similar actually. I had to edit my post about her. 😂 So like, not perceptive. And when people make deepfake videos of certain musicians like mixing up Rick Astley and David Bowie or something like that I can't tell the difference because if the mannerisms are the same... I know I'm not completely faceblind (I can generally tell two people apart, and recognise people lol,) but there's definitely some issue going on there.

And when I listen to white nationalists rant online there's this kind of bitterness almost where - and I've seen this a few times now - someone else will point out 'they're white tho' and then some angry white nationalist will be like 'no they always say they're not white. They're white when it's convenient.'

And I think that actually bothers them. At least some of them. And it's similar to how Keen said she thinks 'women who call themselves men' should be sterilised. When pushed on that she later said:

No. I've explained why I said it. I don't think women who have opted out should have children. I think it's desperately damaging to kids. I did not propose a sterilisation plan.
An interesting way of putting it.

Possibly the most frustrating thing about Jewish and trans people to a lot of people is the way they transcend categories. Like Jewish people can be white but they're also Jewish and trans people can go in and out of both sexes potentially. So it becomes particularly annoying to people within one of those groups but obviously there's a lot of additional stuff contributing too. Like the infantilisation and overprotection of the female sex which leads people to see trans women as a bigger threat than trans men - but this also breaks down by race and other factors like whether you've medically transitioned and whether you're in a position of authority like a teacher or librarian etc - but as a general rule. And then envy over groups that are seen as more successful which is why you also get many black people who are antisemitic cause it's not just about people being on the fringes of a category you personally belong to. The perverse thing about trans people is even on a group level they're not more successful in most spheres of life. Trans people are much more likely to be unemployed and living in poverty. They assume that because the only trans people they see are famous or successful trans people in the media because most people have never met a trans person irl and if they did most of the time they didn't know they did. Also there's this sense that trans people are more educated which comes stems from this idea that trans people were invented on tumblr (which definitely attracts educated and creative people,) and at universities.

edit: and obviously some of the contempt for trans people also comes from the idea they're at the bottom of society and are 'degenerate' too and sometimes people view trans people as genetically inferior. So it's peculiar in that sense people have a really weird model of trans people where they separate them into an enviable elite and a subhuman degenerate group that they see as beneath them and worthy of contempt. Any success they have is considered unearned. (I guess the Nazi party and others have done that with Jewish people too.)

There's also the nationalism aspect itself which views certain groups as being parasitic and infecting a host country. The LGBT+ community is the weirdest group that gets that treatment (like Sargon of Akkad's comment about the LGBT+ community in the UK,) because of course it's not an ethnic or even an ethno-religious group. But I suppose since it's often seen as part of a globalist plot it's treated as something that transcends any one culture and therefore becomes toxic to all cultures. Meaning that if you take the ideology seriously LGBT+ people are exiles from Humanity. Some of that might come from the symbolism of there being various LGBT+ flags. Nationalists are kind of basic and just see flags as being nation states.

I've been looking at the kinds of things bigots say and the issues they have with different groups but especially trans people, for a decade or so and that's mostly what I've noticed.

    Again Humans are really 'fun.'

It's interesting reading about the development of the early Sims games because it shows how much the creative process is like experimenting and then accidentally stumbling on stuff. That's something I didn't realise for a really long time (though it's kind of obvious and something people probably say a lot):

The idea for SimCity grew out of a helicopter attack game he did early in his career, the long-forgotten Raid on Bungeling Bay. "I found out that I had a lot more fun building the islands than I did flying around in the helicopter," he told gaming journalist Geoff Keighley, who charted the entrepreneurial ups and downs of Wright's Walnut Creek-based company, Maxis Software, a year or so before The Sims was released (www/gamespot.com/features/maxis). Soon Wright started telling people he was going to do a city-planning game. They'd roll their eyes and say, "Oh good, Will, you go do that."
Um tbh I've been a huge Will Wright stan pretty much since I was about 12 or something and read about The Sims 2 in a PC magazine before it was released. And was like =O because the game looked so amazing (And I still have those pages of the magazine somewhere.) So I'm a bit like 'how dare you.' LOL. I haven't played most of his games though and he wasn't directly involved with The Sims 2. I also played The Sims 1 though.

I think essentially he's one of the few game designers who achieved rock star status (like Todd Howard and Hideo Kojima,) so he was just being constantly interviewed around that time and also at E3:

People still post stuff like this lol:

    I Miss Will Wright
I'd pay so much money just to hear what will Wright would do with the Sims now. I just wanna know. He seems so smart -- you can just tell the Sims is his project baby haha
Also because of this and the lack of awareness there's a lot of people who assume he was heavily involved until The Sims 4 so there's a lot of like 'Will Wright needs to come back so The Sims 4 can stop being trash' because it was such a massive step down in terms of innovation etc but no lol he'd been gone a long time. More people assume he left after The Sims 2 but really he wasn't there for most of that either haha. I think The Sims 2 is the best game and 3 had issues but was also quite innovative in that it introduced an open world etc. The Sims 4 at launch was just abysmal and they improved on a bunch of stuff later but there were just so many issues (and still are.) I can't go into it all lol. It's depressing. I've posted about some of it before.

I really hope more E3 2003 footage gets uncovered as its the only way of seeing the earliest version in action! Fingers crossed!
The Sims 2 isn't my primary field of action 'n' diving but boy does it feel like an universal type of hope within the Simsphere. Until then, mr. Hanley is here to help us to pave the way.
Lol yeah we are obsessed with trying to find the beta versions. And there's an entire Russian language forum that talks about that excessively about that on the forum and on tumblr. I don't speak Russian so I have to translate it (one guy there is sure he once played a beta copy without realising a long time ago. There's also a lot of unreleased stuff you can find in the game files and I learnt about some of that by browsing that forum but also started looking through myself and some of the scrapped dialogue for some stuff is hilarious lol.) I think the only other beta game that interests me that much is the Spyro 'boatman' build. Given that many other Spyro beta copies have been leaked online I'd say there's more hope of that happening. That's also kind of famous though:

(I say as this video only has 214 views lol.)

    Also how dare you.

But anyway back to the other article:

You would think SimCity's runaway success would have bought him some creative leeway -- and it did, up to a point. But though he has been working on The Sims off and on since 1993, Wright's new brainchild got the eye-roll treatment for years. "The Sims was not heralded during the development as the messiah, oh-my-god-this-is-the-second-coming," says Maxis senior producer Tim LeTourneau. "It was like, shoot this thing dead, it's never going to get done, who's going to want to play this? Who wants to tell people to go to the bathroom?"

It probably didn't help that Wright's original inspiration came from a dense, contrarian, 1,171-page tome on architectural theory. Part of the life's work of a Berkeley architect named Christopher Alexander, A Pattern Language is a passionate argument against what Wright calls "top-down" design, with its modernist emphasis on abstract aesthetics and form. Modern architecture, Wright explains, has abandoned "the real purpose of environmental design," which "should be about how do you build something where people will feel more comfortable interacting."
So the idea for SimCity grew out of an helicopter attack game because Will Wright had more fun building the islands than flying the helicopter.

Oh this is an interesting point too but no I'm not going to be distracted in this post (I might as well have because this post went into various tangents as expected):

Modern architecture, Wright explains, has abandoned "the real purpose of environmental design," which "should be about how do you build something where people will feel more comfortable interacting."
Then later The Sims started off as an architecture game initially inspired by Will Wright losing his house in a firestorm and The Sims were meant to come round and evaluate the houses you built but they eventually decided The Sims were more interesting and so the focus moved more on them.

The bolded part is still very funny to me:

With Alexander on the brain, Wright conceived of a game in which the player would first design and build a house, then invite digital people to come and live in it. Initially, the people were to be little more than an animated scoring system: They'd walk around and "let you know whether your house was good or not." But as the design got farther along, the human figures got more and more interesting, and "we developed this simulation system that ended up being much more robust than I was expecting."

Even then, few of Wright's colleagues grasped its potential.

Part of the problem, he tells the Stanford students, was that the metaphor he used to describe the game -- a computerized dollhouse -- was a dangerous one in a universe where the potential buyers were overwhelmingly male. Maxis never used the word in the focus groups it conducted, but as soon as guys saw it, "they all thought: 'Oh, it looks like a dollhouse to me. I wouldn't touch it in a million years.' " Wright himself stopped using the term "until after it had sold about a million copies -- at which point I was kind of comfortable going out in public and talking about dollhouses."
Because girls and women famously never buy anything. /s

But the funniest part is The Sims series has come full circle because the gameplay has gotten worse over time to the point where way more of the focus these days from players and YouTubers and the general online community for The Sims 4 seems to be centred more on building. During The Sims 2 era (where I was paying most attention until I started making YouTube content,) very little discussion was focussed on building it was mostly storytelling and gameplay.

Also I think The Sims definitely has widespread appeal but the core audience for the game seems to often be neurodiverse girls and women, but I think this was probably more true in the past (like with The Sims 1 + 2,) and it's gained more mainstream appeal at this point. I think when I was a teenager playing The Sims was considered more normal than fanfiction (which was seen as a basically social suicide/creepy female interest,) but still not fully normie. Normie-lite perhaps.

Also this is probably true of many things since people with autism and ADHD and certain other conditions tend to become obsessed with a variety of stuff. But it is something I noticed back on livejournal when I was a teenager but also recently with Sims YouTubers etc. (Though I'm probably also suggested certain kinds of content on YouTube as well.) I can think of one person who has diagnosed BPD and two people with ASD off the top of my head and I don't watch too many channels really. I also have social anxiety disorder and was diagnosed with selective mutism as a kid and make Sims content (+ I have ADHD and autistic traits.)

I have found some people on reddit and articles discussing that though (this is just a fraction because there's already too many quotes here lol):

Post from a sims reddit thread:

As someone who was diagnosed with ADHD much later than I fell in love with the game, I realized today that many Sims players actually have ADHD. And it got me thinking: do ADHD players love the game because it helps us feel like we have control over some executive function? Even if that function is to control fake character?s productivity outside of our reality? And do we do this to ease our own frustration/exhaustion of not being able to control our executive function in real life?
Has anyone noticed that the Sims seems to help a lot with anxiety? I haven't played the game in almost a year and finally I decided to play it again the past weekend. I have bipolar disorder and that brings a whole lot of gnarly mental health issues like addiction, insomnia, severe anxiety, and depression.

    [...]

I had been suffering from severe panic attacks the last few months, sleep problems, and was forming a new addiction (to working). I was working a second job, doing more jobs from home than I could keep up with, and having really bad sleeping problems.

After that weekend of binge playing my problems feel so small and I feel so relaxed and content. I even slept through the entire night. I feel like a new person. Does anyone else feel like The Sims helps with anxiety?
Tbf though when my generalised anxiety was really bad I played less and found it didn't help.

I was just thinking about this the other day actually. I have relatively severe PTSD, partly due to the fact I come from a very dysfunctional family. Ever since I was a child, playing the sims has given me some sort of fantasy life where I can have a happy family who actually loves each other and nothing bad ever really happens.
Posts from a subreddit for women with autism:

So I'm an avid Sims player. Even when I was super young, I remember playing The Sims 2 on console. Now I spend a good majority of any free time I have playing The Sims 4. But as I was playing the other day, I had a YouTube video on in the background. It was an autistic youtuber that I like to watch and the video was about her experiences growing up autistic. I remember her mentioning that she too plays the sims religiously, and made the comment that, "I don't think I know an autistic person who didn't play The Sims growing up."

Of course that's a really broad, generalizing statement. But honestly, I kind of agree with her. When I was in middle school and high school, I had a very small group of friends and I suspect that we were all on the spectrum. One of the things we always bonded over was The Sims. We must have devoted hours upon hours to that game. Does anyone else here play it?
This is why my parents got me the first The Sims as a birthday gift one year. I had never heard of it. But it was their way to get me to stop playing with dolls.

And then my mom got annoyed it worked and I was hooked on computers and games.

....it's ok, now as an adult I still play with Sims AND dolls.

Beth, who's now 23 and has been playing The Sims since she was just six, is obsessed with every aspect of the culture. How The Sims Helped Me Understand My Autism And Myself

The Sims was a world in which I was in control. Having spent my life feeling out of my depth and far from in charge, this was a revelation. Here I could immerse myself and explore my life long love of storytelling in a place where finally I called the shots.

The building, storytelling, and exploring offered would become my comfort. In times of anxiety, I'd come back to my Sims world, where everything was as I wanted it to be. It would give me back a feeling of control that would help ground me and keep me going.
More reddit posts from an autism for women subreddit:

I enjoy The Sims because everything, including your needs and possible responses and character traits, is visualized and neatly categorized. I don?t necessarily play out a "normal" life, but I can control and manipulate the variables I want in a logical way to achieve the outcome I want (or experiment and see what happens with little consequence) which makes me happy.
I wish everyone had a little bar above thier head in real life so I can tell if I am socialising correctly!

Agree with this. I think the Sims is a game that really allows players to hyper-fixate on the parts they like while ignoring everything else (if they want). For example, I love building and have spent hundreds of hours doing that but have relatively few hours of actual gameplay done.
Hey fellow simmer, we're all some flavour of nd, mentally ill and/or queer=) /j
I mean they say joke but lol....

I would say the simmers(sims) have a [BEEP] tone.

So does the brony(my little pony) community.

That Steven universe show too(I don't know much about it but from what I've seen).

    Vocaloids and project sekai.

    The owl house.

Also puzzles and lego(if those are fandoms?).
    Sonic, FNAF, Sims, MCR.
    According to subredditstats.com, the top "fandoms" (so excluding stuff like r/aspiememes, r/Aspergers, r/asexuality, which are also the top three) are r/crochet, r/knitting, r/sewing, r/writing, r/hypixelskyblock (people on r/autism are 5.09x as likely to interact with HSB than the average reddit user, which actually came up before on a post on the official Hypixel forums I think), r/overlord (anime I think?), r/punk, r/unclebens (mushrooms 😃 ), r/fanfiction, r/hydrohomies, r/bokunoheroacademia, r/fountainpens, r/miraculousladybug (love that show), r/sims4, r/danganronpa, r/hazbinhotel, r/undertale, not a fandom per say but kinda counts: r/whatsthisplant, r/curatedtumblr, r/witcher3, r/hadesthegame, r/tumblr, r/kerbalspaceprogram, r/flashlight (I see the appeal), r/stardewvalley, r/namenerds, r/coins, r/sequelmemes, r/ik_ihe (r/me_irl but in Dutch), r/doctorwho, r/growingmarijuana, r/musictheory, r/pokemonswordandshield, r/norge, r/vegan, r/hermitcraft (based), r/shinypokemon, r/animalcrossing, r/piercing, r/dmt, r/vexillology, r/feedthebeast (modded Minecraft), r/animalcrossingnewhor (unfortunate cutoff on subreddit name lol), r/art, r/bitlifeapp, r/thenetherlands, r/succulents, r/dogs, r/hollowknight, r/evangelion, r/cats, r/learnjapanese, r/kpophelp, r/kaiserreich (a mod for hearts of iron 2 I think), r/mandjtv (Pokemon yt), r/lingling40hrs (2setviolin), r/furry, r/worldbuilding, r/thesimpsons, r/curlyhair, r/shrooms, r/gardening, r/Linux, r/keto, r/rupaulsdragrace, r/hollowknightmemes, r/greece, r/thesims, r/sonicthehedgehog
Hmm that site says this though:

But this post isn't super important lol.

Some of those subreddits are fairly generic though like cats and dogs.

I love that succulents are on that list. I have a weird fixation with cacti for some reason. It only started a few years ago though because I was bought a pack of socks for Christmas and some of them had cacti on so then this one pair became my favourite pair of socks. Along a similar time frame I became fixated with the North American desert landscape aesthetically (which is interesting because I still find the Middle eastern desert landscape uninteresting and cacti don't grow there but then there's no alien/psychedelic lore either. Actually no that's not true there is alien lore in Egypt anyway.) I also really like those neon cactus wall lights. I downloaded some for The Sims 2. But I also like spaceship neon lights and to a lesser extent mushrooms.

I've spoken about all this stuff before though. I really only intended to post about the irony of The Sims coming full circle in terms of focus but here we are.

I really wanted to find another show like Roswell but better but there still isn't really anything. Roswell also had numerous issues with the story and such and then having a rushed ending due to being cancelled etc but I love the concept/setting. I also find the opening very nostalgic:

Although I only discovered the show as a young adult and didn't watch it back at the time it was on air like I did with Buffy and honestly I wanted the show to be more like buffy but it's more like Twilight with all the issues I mentioned. It's quite hard to make good sci-fi though I think (especially TV shows.) Actually coincidentally the author of Twilight wrote another book that's a desert alien book. I forget about that lol, it's called The Host. I should re-read that again at some point because I feel like it influenced a bunch of story ideas I had later (nothing about deserts or aliens ironically lol.)

I'm actually never going to get over how great this show could have been. Maybe my desert 'thing' is some kind of weird trauma response 😂 'it has to be fixed' but no it actually dates back further.

They made a sequel recently and I'd been watching it although not sure if the last season came out and if so haven't watched that yet. But yeah it wasn't good I was very nearly put off early on because oh it was bad but I kept on with it anyway. There were some OK/better bits but still no.

I started watching another show Resident Alien and it's good and much better writing + acting overall (though I didn't like the feminist episode and yeah I do call it 'the feminist episode' for a reason lol,) but yeah it's not in the desert lol. I was playing some Sims in the desert in The Sims 4 (and also other Sims games,) and I made one in The Sims 4 who lived in a caravan (I like microhomes a lot too,) and ran a shop that sold alien themed stuff + gardening supplies lol. I think they also collected frogs because I was doing some Sims challenge thing that involved that.

Lol just noticed mushrooms are on that list too but again super generic. I mostly like mushrooms because of their fairy associations. When I was a teenager/young adult I had some story ideas where a character would be gifted by a fairy character this necklace made of mushrooms which functioned like a fairy ring. (So I guess there's a pattern with supernatural associations as well but I also just like certain aesthetics in general as well.)

I think my interest probably partially stems from playing The Sims 2 Strangetown which is a desert alien type setting, and also Lucky Luke on ps1 as a kid but in spite of that I'm really not into cowboy stuff. (Also it's not actually a good game lol really but I wasn't very fussy as a kid,) but there was this one level that interested me more where you're exploring some Native American ghost town I guess? (I don't remember it well now lol,) and you have to collect a bunch of these orbs.

I also think Native American culture is kind of interesting actually to a lesser extent but I've never spent too much time looking into that because of where I live and the general lack of knowledge and media etc. I started watching Dark Winds recently though (also because it takes place in a desert environment of course.) It's actually a pretty good show though but I still have to watch the last episode of the first season because I randomly stopped as I often do.

Also like at a certain point a musician I was fixated with moved to the North American desert randomly after years of living in Berlin, so I'm sure that as well contributed in recent years. Along with various tumblr posts of desertwave and cryptid desertwave, and psychedelic alien art aesthetic imagery. And storm area 51.

This is definitely one of those moments where I'm like 'this is such a weird time to be alive' lol. He was just livestreaming himself creating music. There were some technical issues though and then he went on a break so it got split into two I think:

Watch Chris for free and all day writing and recording new material!

^ the part from 1:13:23-1:15:21~ in the 2nd video is really good.

My insurance didn't want to pay for the 40MG. So I guess I'm stuck on 30, unless my psychiatrist can figure something out.

Lol shocking Andrew Tate uniting the left and the right in mutual dislike of him. I mean it's not shocking because the left and right have several cultural overlaps that include hating guys like him but yeah.

Conservatives hate guys like this because they encourage women to enter sex work which they dislike because it's against their values. Or their sociosexual orientation but usually just their values especially if they're a man.

Sex negative feminists hate guys like this for the same reason as above but they're also usually sociosexually restricted and/or have experienced sexual trauma and they also want to remind us all that they hate men and so they're nothing like conservatives and it's very important that you know that they don't hate trans women, surrogacy, or sex work for the same reason as conservatives.

The economic left hate guys like this for the same reason they hate billionaires and landlords.

The cultural left hate guys like this because it goes against the femdom fantasy. And women are supposed to have harems not the other way around.

White nationalists hate him because he's mixed race and 'degenerate'

Environmentalists hate him because he has 75 cars or something and he decided to troll Greta Thunberg.

Trans people hate him because he said he'd also have violent sex with conventionally attractive trans women.

Right wing libertarians ... I don't know I'm not American they basically all ditched that years ago anyway. Let me consult that one guy.

(This was honestly the first video that came up when I searched his name plus Andrew Tate lol.)

He's wearing the same blouse? Andrew Tate is unfortunately not so stylish.

It's important to note that I only learnt what a bugatti was by googling the lyrics to this Ashnikko track a few years ago:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iqSt1ZS_Znw

My [BEEP] pleaser is a pink Bugatti

Then as thought realising what demon she'd summoned during this Halloween ritual, she created the track Special.

    There was potential in you
    You should get "Fuckboy" tattooed

    Other groups: No I'm done.

This guy is so gross. He exploited women to exploit men. Now he's continuing to exploit men by turning them against women. What a winner. I'm so motivated and inspired.
He's been very clear about that for a while now. It's a big part of why I'm ongoingly confused about why he has any appeal at all. Because he's been very open about his contempt for men and how he's worked to exploit them. I know a lot of men who are generally assholes don't care about women but do they not even care about themselves being manipulated? Apparently not lol.

8:19 oh no it's the infamous female British journalists. Game over. Let me get some popcorn. No lol Jordan Peterson just said in some interview that British journalists were particularly aggressive and some of his most famous interviews were with female British journalists who he felt were very aggressive. He is Canadian though so...

Is he trying to sell conservatism now? That's hilarious if so. Roosh V tried that too. So many psychopaths. So many retards.

Michael Knowles is esctatic he's no longer the susiest guy on the cultural right with his student film where he plays a bisexual guy having sex with guys. (Oh he wasn't close to the susiest anyway of course lol.) It gets funnier if we make it a universal contest. That Hungarian right wing politician that climbed down a drain pipe to get out of the orgy. :') Think that's going to be my personal favourite for some time. The drainpipe part really makes it. Hollywood could never.

The problem with rightoids though is that they have an open door policy to anyone who wants to join so long as they don't use they/them pronouns and boy has that been biting them in the [BEEP] hah. So people with actual conservative values have to constantly clean up these messes.

    "Bottom Bitch"

Yeah there's a music track for that too lol.

It's not the point of this track because she's playing with the concept to talk about a friendship. And then obviously [BEEP] women came in and interpreted it as being a song about bottoms lol...

But in the typical context it can have an additional meaning because yeah Andrew Tate needs women to convince other women. As he says he can't. He's just not attractive or charismatic enough. He relies on psychopathic manipulation of agreeable women, followed by using women to then get other women on board. However half of them have accused him of rape etc now because agreeableness doesn't really exist in a literal sense it just means 'avoids direct confrontation.'

Doja Cat is a better rapper than Andrew Tate. Flow is better. Pretty good singer. Random rock versions of her music live for some reason lol. I guess Taylor Swift did that once too though. Production is infinitely better too.

^ damn that's a really great live rock version of Say So lol.

No I'm never going to stop pointing out how bad his music is. Cause he has at least one track. His bars are particularly shit.

    edit:

It astounds me how Andrew Tate will sit there and tell the world how he is one of the most intelligent men ever but will quite literally tell the world, step by step how he commits crimes. Not only that but he completely embarrasses a country that has tried to be taken seriously on the global stage by bragging about Romania’s corrupt system AND he doesn't expect to be charged. Dude… even street scammers are smarter than to advertise their illegal craft. People really need to learn that there is a big difference between intelligence and disinhibition. He is not successful because he is intelligent, he is successful because he is willing to do what it takes. Low levels of inhibition and empathy along with high levels of ambition, will take people to make a lot of money - and usually get in trouble with the law because it requires actual intelligence to keep yourself out of the radar. It
Oh because he's this guy lol:

Also probably as a result of his delusional self esteem he thinks he can get away with whatever he wants because he moved to Romania.
