I found an app for anxiety management named "Self-help Anxiety Management" which can be found in the Play Store and App Store.
It is developed in collaboration with the UWE in Bristol. So it sounds professional to me. The app let's you control your anxiety, you can write down where and when you feel the most anxious and what you can do about it.
It let you write down your moments so you can see how you progress. It helps you to think in a different aspect, relaxing methods and so on. I'm trying out now for a week and will see how it further progresses. It's worth trying and it's totally free!
theres loads of really good apps out there, ive tried two or three that you do breathing techniques too and at the moment im trying this hypnosis one just on a whim, im playing it in my sleep and have been for two or three days now and i didnt panic last night when i saw matty or a couple nights before so dont know if thats breathing or that. shall have to see
